Located in the heart of Europe and with over 120 non-stop flight routes, Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport boasts one of the most comprehensive international route networks. It offers 102 international destinations and is connected to 71 European cities. Lyon is also directly connected to Dubai (stretching from the Indian subcontinent all the way to Australia and New Zealand, Emirates flies to destinations across Asia and the Pacific), Montreal and Doha.

Located just 25 minutes from Lyon city center, the airport is connected by an Express tramway (every 15 minutes).

Lyon Part-Dieu train station
As Europe's leading railway interchange station, it is the only station in France to serve all European border countries and all regional capitals in France. Paris in 1h55 (23 round trips on weekdays), Geneva in 1h57, Brussels in 3h40, Barcelona in 4h57 etc. In full renovation for several years, the Part-Dieu multimodal hub will be brand new at the time of the congress.
